Return and refund policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery (please include your tracking number).
Once we’ve received the returned item(s), we’ll issue a refund for the full purchase amount.
All returns must be registered with our customer service team in advance.



Received a faulty item?

If you've received a faulty or damaged item, please contact our support team as soon as possible and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Which item is damaged

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photo evidence

If the parcel was damaged during delivery, take a photo and send it directly to our customer service team.
All claims for damaged parcels must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Without proof reviewed by our support team, we’re unable to offer a refund, credit, or replacement.



Received the wrong item?

In the rare case you received the wrong item, please contact our support team right away and include:

  • Your order number

  • The name of the item you did not receive

  • The name of the item you did receive

  • A photo of the received item



Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return your order and place a new one through our store.



Returns for faulty products

If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or otherwise faulty, we will cover the return shipping costs in full.


 

Cancellations

Please note that cancellations after 10:00 PM are no longer possible, as your order has already been processed and handed over to the postal service.



How fast will I get my refund?

Refunds are issued within 10 days of receiving your return.
